I specialize in supporting young children (ages 0–8) and their caregivers in navigating early trauma, behavior challenges, and relationship stress. I also work individually with pregnant and postpartum clients experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, offering a compassionate space for healing and connection through art, play, and creative expression.

Art Therapy

When emotions are beyond words, art gives form to what’s inside. Art therapy provides a safe space for nonverbal expression, helping children and adults organize internal experiences into meaningful, symbolic form. Through creative processes, clients can safely externalize emotions, support sensory integration, and access deeper, preverbal parts of the brain, promoting healing and self-understanding.

Play Therapy

A safe, accepting space where children use their natural language of play to express and process big feelings, regulate their nervous system, and make meaning within a trusting relationship.

Play Therapy can help your child to express their emotions, build confidence, learn new skills, and integrate challenges.

Parent Counseling and Coaching

For caregivers ready to reflect on their own histories, patterns of relating, and current challenges. Together we’ll tend to your nervous system, practice co-regulation, and nurture secure attachment between parent and child.

Perinatal/Postpartum Counseling

A compassionate space for anxiety, depression, birth trauma, grief and loss, identity shifts, and the very real ups and downs of early parenthood. We’ll combine talk, body-based regulation, and art processes to reduce overwhelm and restore connection-to yourself, your baby, and your support system.

Art Therapy (ATR) Supervision

For therapists working towards their ATR (Art Therapy Registration) and interested in deepening trauma-informed art therapy skills with children and families.
